The application provides a smart attendance system with 4 main statuses: Attending school, Late, With permission and Without permission, combined with a photo capture feature to record student images during attendance, ensuring accuracy and transparency. The system automatically calculates and displays attendance data in real time, and integrates a quick search feature so that teachers can easily find students in a large list. In addition to attendance management, the application also provides specialized modules for each educational activity. The menu management module allows teachers to monitor students' daily meals, record their eating status and evaluate each student's nutrition. The sleep module helps monitor sleep time, sleep quality and provides detailed comments on students' rest status. The class schedule and activities system is designed to manage study schedules, track progress, and record activities performed during the day.
The comment and assessment feature is developed with two modes: quick comments for many students at the same time and detailed personal comments for each student. The system integrates standard grading scales and historical storage to track student development over time. The album and article management module allows teachers to share class activity photos, post articles about educational activities, and connect with parents in an intuitive way.
The application also includes health care support features such as medication management with a medication reminder system, health status monitoring, and notification to parents about their children's health problems. The leave application processing module helps teachers manage and approve leave applications from parents, and provides statistical reports on absences. The personal hygiene tracking feature helps teachers record hygiene status and give appropriate reminders to students.
The user interface is designed in a modern style with friendly colors, compatible with many screen sizes and supports both dark and light modes. The application integrates a multi-factor authentication system to ensure security, while supporting offline operations and real-time data synchronization when there is an internet connection. The multilingual feature supports both Vietnamese and English, suitable for multicultural educational environments.
The application not only helps teachers save time by automating manual processes but also increases accuracy in management, minimizes errors and improves communication between teachers and parents. The detailed reporting system provides valuable analytical data for educational decision making, while ensuring compliance with current educational regulations. With the ability to expand and optimize performance, the application meets the needs of comprehensive and professional preschool education management.
