At We Are Capable, we help young women (intermediate level) feel energised, stronger, and more body-confident through our unique fitness plans. Specifically designed to help you develop a more COMPASSIONATE and relaxed relationship with exercise, your body, and food, we offer:
- 4 to 8 week fun weight-training guides, focused on increasing your ABILITY (examples: 8 weeks to your first push-up, 4 weeks of core focus, 8 weeks of stronger glutes, 4 weeks full body power, 4 weeks bodyweight fun, 4 weeks conditioning focus.)
- Training with Adriana & other trainers in REAL-time: access our on-demand workouts, where you can press 'play' and be coached through the entire workout!
- Training at your own pace: access our swipe-along workouts, where clear exercise demonstrations and descriptions guide you through the the workout at your own pace!
- Mindset videos: 15-40 minute mini-lessons with Adriana to help improve your relationship with your body, exercise, and food. Examples include: how to let go of the 'all or nothing' mindset, how to compassionately approach exercise when you don't 'feel like it', what to do on a bad body image day, tools to lesson comparing your body to others, letting go of food guilt.
- Weekly LIVES: expect weekly workout lives, mindset chats (on body image, food relationship, and exercise confidence), or Q&A's with Adriana and guest experts!
- Global but Small Community: stay accountable with a members-only chat, virtual community challenges and feel supported by like-minded women!
- Diet culture-free nutritional guidance: access a library of nutritional Q&A chats with our in-house registered nutritionist Charan Gill (topics: how much protein should I have? How can I aim for sustainable fat loss without counting calories? How should I eat before, and after, a workout?) No shame/guilt/fear based messaging towards food used...ever!
We Are Capable is for you if:
- You’re tired of diets or toxic fitness motivation that end up making you more self-critical: feeling ‘guilty’ after missing a workout, telling yourself you ‘can’t stick to anything’, focusing on ‘getting rid of’ body insecurities... Instead, you want to develop a relationship with exercise that is sustainable & ACTUALLY makes you feel good about yourself & your body.
- You struggle with the all-or-nothing mindset of “I’m super ‘good’ for 2-3 weeks then I lose motivation & completely stop” yo-yo mindset, so see yo-yo progress. You’d like to develop more mental flexibility.
- You feel lost with or intimidated by exercise and with how to create an effective strength training program that. You need compassionate guidance (none of that “you’d do it if you want it bad enough” energy, pls) within a time-crunched schedule!
- You DO care & you DO put effort into your fitness. But you’re doing many random sweaty af workouts here and there with no actual intention or plan, so you’re discouraged by your progress & it makes you feel like you’re wasting time when you try. And I get it… there’s WAY more to you than just fitness. You want to view your exercise as a helpful ADDITION to your day, not another ‘to-do’ item.
- You’ve realised self-criticism & self-sabotage doesn’t work… & you’d like to develop self-compassion to motivate you everyday.
