Brandakte

Brandakte supports you in the digital documentation of fire protection work – directly on the construction site and in the office.

Create projects, structure buildings by level and room, and clearly record all relevant penetrations in one place. Add photos, fire protection products used, approvals, and other important information directly to each penetration.

Key features:

• Manage projects, building levels, and rooms
• Record and edit penetrations
• Clearly document the processing status
• Add before and after photos
• Assign fire protection products and approvals
• Mark penetrations on stored plans
• Edit project data even without an internet connection
• Synchronize data between the app and web application
• Collaborate on projects as a team
• Manage roles and access rights

With Brandakte, you maintain an overview even in extensive projects. All information is recorded in a structured manner and can be clearly assigned to the respective project, room, and penetration.

This results in transparent digital fire protection documentation – without cluttered paper documents, scattered photos, or handwritten notes.
