Alessia

Alessia is a digital application at the service of recruitment processes, created by recruiters for recruiters.
Our research & selection area is constantly called upon to identify in candidates, in addition to the technical requirements requested by clients, also soft skills, behavioral and relational characteristics that are difficult to explore during the interview. Assessment processes, role play, personality tests: they are valid tools but also difficult to apply, with long administration and management times and the results of which, due to the setting of the interview, can often provide a false image of the candidate.
It is to solve these problems that Alessia was born.
