Interactive app to learn to tell time.

Ticker allows to:
* set the time on an analog clock
* match the analog clock to the digital clock
* pick the correct digital clock, that matches the analog clock
* pick the correct analog clock, that matches the digital clock
* see how the day and night change according to the time of day.

By the way, Ticker tells the user defined time (in many different ways).
