▸ Background: Due to the increase in the restaurant industry due to changes in eating habits, there is a need to strengthen hygiene in restaurants to ensure food safety. (1) Very good grade (97 items) – 13 items in basic areas, 72 items in general areas, 12 items in common areas

(3) Good grade (71 items) – 11 items in basic areas, 48 ​​items in general areas, 12 items in common areas

Common areas: Points added or deducted depending on the business operator’s operation type
