d:do studio

The reformer machine, which is at the heart of the workout, makes it possible to vary resistance and load using springs and a sliding carriage. This means that you can constantly challenge yourself – without compromising on technique or safety.
At d:do studio, we create an energetic and motivating atmosphere, where the music is pumping, the mood is high, and you are guided through creative and varying exercises. Each class offers movements and combinations, so your training never gets boring - and you get to activate the body in ways you haven't tried before. There are several different approaches to the reformer, which in its time started as a form of rehabilitation, and at d:do studio we have more power, faster movements and louder music than the classic Pilates form. All with a focus on strengthening our core, which can benefit us in all other forms of training – and in our well-being and physical form in general.
The goal is to create balance between body and mind. Reformer training at d:do studio is not only about physical fitness – it is also about having fun and feeling good in your body. Training must be enjoyable!
