Egebjerg Købmandsgård

* Get help with purchases through our purchasing scheme

Do you need help buying groceries in Lyngby, Hørsholm, Hillerød or Copenhagen? Then we at Egebjerg Købmandsgård are ready to help you. Buy food online through our shopping system or order via the phone/your home care.

We are a company that offers delivery of groceries to elderly citizens who have been searched for our shopping scheme. We work with SuperBrugsen, where you get your goods packed, which are then delivered to you by our driver on the agreed delivery date. In other words, you get delivery and delivery to your door.

It is our intention that you get a good shopping experience when you need our help with purchases.

This means that we emphasize:
- Good service
- Personal contact
- Stability
- Fresh goods
- Hospitality
- Reasonable prices

You have of course seen for yourself over the years how grocery stores have developed from being the local grocer to large supermarkets and discount stores.

We have tried to combine the best of these stores through our collaboration with SuperBrugsen.

* Ordering goods through our purchasing scheme - this is how you do it

Depending on the type of help with shopping you are registered for, ordering goods through our purchasing scheme can take place in the following ways:

- By telephone via a fixed contact person in our call centre, who calls during an agreed time period
- Online (website or email)
- Via home care, who can make the order for you

The goods are delivered by refrigerated truck to your private address on the agreed delivery day. The goods must be ordered no later than 13:00 the day before the agreed delivery day.

* Delivery and delivery of groceries to the elderly
You will receive your goods on a fixed delivery day. The delivery time is agreed with you, as we want to comply with your wishes as far as possible.

Up to 20/12 kg of goods are delivered free of charge to searched citizens (may vary from municipality to municipality). For deliveries of more than 20/12 kg of goods, a fee of DKK 20 per started 10 kg extra.
