- Food plans. Each body is unique, the nutritional plan is personalized and focused on achieving your goals.
- Database of more than 3,000 foods. Enjoy your plan!
- Food registration. Enter all your meals into the app either manually or with the barcode reader and take control of your diet. Graph your nutrients and calories on a daily and weekly basis!
- Goals and rewards. Access internal challenges and goals created for you, win prizes for your results and automatically share it on your social networks.
- Monitoring of progress. The most important thing is the results! View your progress: weight, measurements, BMI and many more from the app.
- Training. Make your personalized exercise plans from home or gym, all according to your needs (lose fat, gain muscle or stay fit).
- Visualization of exercises. Exercises in 3D animation will make it even easier to exercise.
