Categories

Fed up with endless debates before every game of Categories? Then this app is exactly what you need.

Instead of spending ages thinking up new categories or using the same old ones every time, Categories Generator creates random categories at the tap of a button. Every game starts quickly, feels fresh and keeps everyone happy.

To keep things fair, the app also picks a random starting letter. No more arguing over the alphabet, counting in your head or worrying about anyone cheating.

Want to make things even more exciting? Set the built-in countdown timer, choose your time limit and focus on finding your answers before time runs out. You can even enable an optional ticking sound for extra suspense.

Features:
- around 260 predefined categories for varied rounds of play
- Create, edit and organise your own categories
- Fair random letter generator
- Adjustable countdown timer with optional ticking sound
- Clean, fast and distraction-free interface
- Perfect for family game nights, friends, school or travelling

Note: This app is your modern game companion. Just grab a pen and some paper, and you're ready to play!

More playing. Less arguing. Just get started!
