Andak for Merchants is a store management application designed for Andak platform partners.

The application helps you manage your daily store operations from one place, with a clear and user-friendly Arabic interface.

Through the application, you can:

• Receive and track new orders.

• Accept or reject orders and update their processing status.

• Set order processing times.

• Manage products, prices, images, and product options.

• Organize products into categories.

• Set store hours and availability.

• Update store information, including image, location, and delivery settings.

• View performance summaries and available payments for your account.

• Contact the support team when needed.

The application requires an activated Andak merchant account. New accounts cannot be created within the application. If you are a store owner and wish to join, contact the Andak team to activate your account.
