Tapja

Your guests carry their card in the wallet – no app, no registration at the counter. For the first time, you can see who's coming back. And you can win back those who aren't returning before they're gone for good.
... YOU SEE WHO COMES BACK
- Daily figures at a glance: visits, redeemed rewards, new guests
- Reports by location, employee, and time period
- Identify at-risk guests before they stop coming
- Find guests, adjust booths, resupply cards

YOU WIN BACK WHO STAYS AWAY
- Your message lands on the lock screen – no flyer, no ad

- Campaigns and automations that run automatically
- You provide the occasion: free coffee, a quiet Tuesday
- You fill quiet hours instead of waiting for walk-ins

AT THE COUNTER
- Scan and stamp cards – in seconds, even when it's busy

- Redeem rewards, award points, issue new cards

- Every action is attributed to the employee who performed it

- A shared device for the whole team: login via personal PIN

- Works even if the Wi-Fi is briefly down – actions are added later

GOOD TO KNOWLEDGE
Tapja Business is the app for your team behind the counter – not for your guests. Your guests don't need an app: their stamp, points, or membership card is stored directly in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Your account and business are set up on your computer at my.tapja.de – in 10 minutes, no technical knowledge required. There, you also design your card and choose your plan for a fixed monthly fee. You then log in to the app with the same credentials.

Tapja is developed in Germany and GDPR compliant.
