THEORG Klemmbrett

THEORG stands for THErapieORGanisation and is the perfect software for physiotherapy, ergotherapy and speech therapy - from small practices to rehabilitation centres. More than 15,000 practices use THEORG.

With the digital clipboard, any documents and forms that patients and customers have previously read, filled out and signed on paper can be transferred to a tablet and processed digitally.

The person can read the submitted forms and documents on the tablet, enter additional data in forms and even sign them.

Whether at the counter, in the waiting room or in the treatment room - with the THEORG clipboard you are always flexible! Once the person has finished processing, they return the tablet. The documents are sent back to THEORG, where they are archived or further processed. The tablet is now free for the next use.

Typical applications are the data protection declaration, the treatment contract or the medical history form.

While the person is editing the documents, THEORG can continue to be used normally. Any number of clipboards can be handed out at the same time - THEORG manages which person has currently been given which clipboard.

The digital clipboard is an essential contribution to the paperless practice. Depending on how the company is organized, the THEORG clipboard can be used to completely dispense with the need to print out forms. There is also no need to scan in manually completed forms or signed documents.

This is how digitization creates real advantages for you and your practice.

Note: The THEORG software must be installed to use this app. This can be operated on a PC or server in the practice or in the cloud.

If you already use THEORG in your practice, the mobile extension is very easy.

A tablet with the latest operating system version is required to use the THEORG clipboard app. The tablet needs a connection to the THEORG installation, e.g. via WiFi or mobile data.

Ultimately, an additional THEORG license is required for each clipboard used in this way.
