Main functions of the 1-2-gesund Pharmacy app:
• E-prescription redemption: Simple, fast and secure! Submit your e-prescription via the app and we will prepare everything for you. Either for collection or delivery.
• Preorder: Save time by scheduling medications in advance. Choose from the range at the Schloss Apotheke in Bruchsal or the Melanchthon Apotheke in Bretten.
• Delivery service: Have your medication delivered to your home because your health is important to us.
Redeem an e-prescription - This is how it works:
1. Open the app, log in and tap “Pre-order”.
2. Choose between the functions displayed (scan health card, scan e-prescription QR code or upload photo of your paper prescription.
3. Wait for our confirmation for pickup or shipping.
