KIM Zeiterfassung

KIM Time Tracking is the time tracking app for the fitters of KIM Montagebau GmbH.

IMPORTANT: The app is exclusively for employees of KIM Montagebau GmbH. It can only be activated with an activation code from the office. Registration is not required, and users cannot create their own accounts.

WHAT THE APP CAN DO

• Today – Open and close your shift, with an overview of the day's project and recorded working hours.

• Break – Record the start and end times of your break. Lunch breaks are automatically included.

• Work Report – Record completed tasks and quantities at the end of your shift.

• Crew – Supervisors can view their crew and adjust times with justification, for example, if a phone battery died.

• Calendar – View your days at a glance, submit sick leave notifications with photos of the certificate of incapacity for work, and request vacation time.

• Notifications – Receive updates on schedule changes, decisions on applications, and corrections to your own hours.

• Five languages: German, English, Latvian, Polish, and Russian. The app automatically switches to the language of your device.

Work Report – Record completed tasks and quantities at the end of your shift. LOCATION

When you open and close your shift, the app records your location once to document your presence on the construction site. This only happens during these two moments and only while the app is open in the foreground. There is no background location tracking, no tracking during breaks, and no tracking outside of shifts.

CAMERA

The camera is used for two purposes: the activation QR code and the photo of your sick leave certificate. Only photos are taken; no videos are recorded. The app does not access your photo gallery.

DATA PROTECTION

No advertising. No tracking. Your work time data is transmitted exclusively to the KIM Montagebau GmbH server in Germany. Google's push notification service is used for alerts; only a neutral notification is transmitted – without names, times, or locations.
