kiC app council info for paperless council work.
This app is free of charge.
The target group are the committee members of a public administration.
The dates, agendas, templates, attachments, minutes and resolutions published in the kiC Council Information Management (from version R32.x) are synchronized to the mobile device via the administration's RIS website. This means that all session information can be accessed at any time, even if there is no internet connection. Several clients can be used in the app (e.g. municipality and district).
During development, special emphasis was placed on ease of use and a high level of security. All data is AES encrypted. After logging in, past, current and future meetings (agenda, etc.) can be accessed.
