The Federal Police's healthcare program offers its eligible members a quick and easy way to communicate and get answers to many health-related questions via a service app. Applications, invoices, and much more can be submitted in moments using your smartphone. Simply take a photo and upload it. You can also conveniently and securely update your personal information, such as your address or bank details, from home.

Even those not eligible for healthcare benefits can use the app to have their questions about the Federal Police's healthcare program answered by the chatbot. This allows interested parties and applicants, for example, to find out more. Features offered to those eligible for healthcare benefits are, of course, only available after registration.

Registration

1. Install the app

2. Register using the following information:

a. Your insurance number (see your electronic health card)

b. Your mobile phone number for the SMS TAN procedure

c. Your preferred email address for app notifications

3. For authentication, you will receive a registration letter with a passphrase to your official email inbox.

4. Enter the passphrase you received. You can access the entry field at the bottom of the app's home screen.

5. If you enter the passphrase correctly, you will receive a link to the email address you provided to create a password for the app.

6. Registration and password creation are now complete, and you can use the service app.

Features

Security

As your health care provider, we ensure the best possible protection of your health data. To guarantee that only you have access to the service app, you will be securely identified as a health care beneficiary and as an individual during the registration process:

- During the user account registration process, your insurance number, a unique email address, and a mobile phone number will be collected.
































... - A passphrase will be sent to your official email inbox for registration.

- After entering the passphrase in the app, you must create a new password before logging in for the first time.

- All relevant data changes require two-factor authentication via SMS TAN.

- Access to the secure digital mailbox is also only possible after entering an SMS TAN.

Requirements

Limited use is possible without registration. However, the following requirements must be met for full use:

- Eligibility for medical care with the Federal Police

- A health insurance number (10 digits on your electronic health card)

- Android 7.0 or higher

- Not a device with a modified operating system
