Would you like to receive your medical aid prescription digitally and forward it to a provider of your choice via your smartphone? With little effort and no paper at all? Then you need the eRegulation app. The offer for the electronic aid regulation is available to all HEK insured persons and is free and voluntary.
Your doctor issues your e-prescription digitally in the medical practice. You will then forward the e-prescription free of charge to the aid provider (e.g. a medical supply store or a pharmacy) via the app.
The app can also do more: you can search for doctors and participating medical aid providers and view the processing status of your e-prescription at any time.
How can I use the eRegulation app?
Together with the HEK service app - because you need it for 2-factor authentication. To do this, it is important that you are registered as a smart user in the service app.
