About GRAS Tracking App

The GRAS Tracking App allows the collection of data on single deliveries between the farmers belonging to the central offices and the recipients (e.g. mills). Only Central Offices and recipients registered in the GRAS system can use the Tracking App. The App is using delivery tour to uniquely identify the transaction of material between farmers and recipients. A central office will use the app to provide information on the farmers that participated in a delivery tour and the weight of the crop every farmer has delivered. Recipients will use the app to provide the total weight of the single deliveries at recipients (weighbridge). The Central Offices can also use the Tracking App to collect data on the delivery cycles of the single farmers. All collected data can be accessed in a user-friendly smallholder management dashboard, which allows to monitor individual smallholder yields over time, to check the collected field outlines against environmental risks and to identify potential areas for improvement measures.
