The EurOwiG® Mobile Smart solution supports you in reliably recording administrative offenses in stationary traffic at any time and any place. With the smartphone camera, photos of evidence can be taken directly for each case. Complex processes such as towing operations can also be recorded and processed directly on the smartphone. The transfer of the recorded processes for further processing in the office (in the EurOwiG® specialist applications but also in the solutions of other providers) takes place without media discontinuity. Double warnings are already ruled out when they are recorded on the smartphone through various checks (comparison with the EurOwiG® web service).

By connecting mobile parking providers, information about registered license plates is available in the app. The end-to-end encryption of the processes offers you maximum data protection. After the processes have been successfully synchronized, they are deleted from the EurOwiG® web service.

In this way, any abnormalities that arise directly during working hours can be recorded on the smartphone and transmitted to the office staff. Incoming reports can then be processed and coordinated by back office staff using the EurOwiG Security and Order application. Necessary work steps can be forwarded via orders or by email. This type of communication is documented and without media discontinuity.

Similar to the federal uniform catalog of offenses, the general offenses give you access to your own legal elements and those that are always kept up to date by EurOwiG. This enables your sales force to immediately select and fill out the allegation via the law module. The charge and the violated regulation (s) can also be printed out. With the immediate collection of all data required for a procedure, legally compliant and audit-compliant procedures can be initiated here.
A transfer to the back office for the application of general administrative offenses takes place at any time.
