CLEVERSALES: SmartTrainer

Offer your members top-notch support, even without an on-site trainer. SmartTrainer connects the studio tablet directly to your trainers working from home or on the go.

Here's how it works:

• Service point in the studio: A tablet serves as a central point of contact.

• Instant help: Members start a video call with the touch of a button.

• Available everywhere: Trainers simply answer the call on their smartphone.

• Mobile access on the equipment: Members scan the ongoing call with a QR code on their own mobile phone to get answers to their questions directly at the training equipment.

Features for operators:

• Management of registered trainers and equipment.

• Detailed statistics on the number and duration of calls.

• Secure access to settings.

Perfect for micro-studios, 24/7 gyms, and hotel fitness areas that want to combine service quality with efficiency.
