It's finally here: The bau-mobil app for employees! Now employees on the construction site can record their working hours conveniently and directly - without any chaos. The app is the ideal solution for mobile time recording and organization, specially developed for everyday construction site work. Thanks to its intuitive operation, it is easy to use for everyone and ensures greater efficiency and safety on the construction site.

With the app employees can:

record their working hours manually or via the time clock
optionally record your current GPS coordinates
Record expenses and allowances
Gain insight into your personal operational planning
Submit vacation requests and sick notes
Retrieve time and allowance overviews
manage their own qualifications and documents
check whether they are allowed to operate the required devices or machines
Capture events using text, photo and voice input

The software solution bau-mobil was developed specifically for the requirements of the construction industry. Thanks to stored qualifications, certificates and documents, bau-mobil automatically recognizes which machines and devices an employee is allowed to operate. Simply scan the QR code on the device with your smartphone and the display will immediately show whether authorization exists and whether the device is ready for use. This means that occupational safety is always guaranteed!

Data acquisition without delicate keyboard entries

Our software engineers have made it possible for employees to use the app to record all relevant data directly on the construction site without filigree keystrokes and within a very short time. All important events are quickly recorded using text, photos or voice input. Optionally, each employee can add their current GPS coordinates to their recorded working times. The stored workflow also leads to error-free and complete data entry.
