InA.Coach

Do you want to record typical work processes quickly and easily in an app? Do you need an app that reminds you of important work steps? As a job coach, do you want to support your clients with easy-to-understand instructions?

Then get the InA.Coach app on your smartphone. Simply download the app and off you go!

With the InA.Coach app, complex tasks are broken down into small, manageable steps so that nothing can be forgotten and motivating success can be achieved quickly.

The app is designed to be so inclusive that it can also support people with disabilities in their everyday lives and thus sustainably improve their employment situation on the primary labor market.

If you are a job coach, then you will benefit from the app in many ways because it gives you a flexible tool with which you can design tasks for your clients in a simple and appealing way and adapt them precisely to their needs. Together with your clients, you determine what is important in the tasks, track your progress and can quickly provide support if problems arise.

Each task has a title and a short description and contains any number of tasks, but at least one task step. Each step is assigned to one of four categories. Make tasks and steps colorful and appealing by adding your own photos or short videos.

You can share tasks with your InA.Coach contacts and channels. If you make changes to a shared task, all recipients will also receive these changes.

Schedule tasks for yourself and your contacts into your everyday life. The tasks planned for today are also displayed on the home screen under “Today” and can be started directly from here.

You can also take advantage of the other InA.Coach offers, such as our support, which is available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., or come to InA.Coaching. The free online training takes place once a month on the last Friday at 10 a.m. You can find all the information about this on our website https://ina.coach.
