As a tenant, the sub-annual consumption information (uVI) provides full transparency over your usage patterns and ensures compliance with the latest German Heating Cost Ordinance (HKVO 2021).

Security & Technology: The araApp uses state-of-the-art authentication technology to protect your data. Login is handled via a separate, secure process, ensuring your privacy through encrypted tokens.
