The Zaslat Returns app offers access to a system that allows you to manage reverse logistics, product repairs and returns. The app is suited both for system administrators and service centres that may use it to receive and manage their service orders.
The system offers these functions:
- Service orders (commissions) management, warranty or post-warranty
- Commission overview including serial numbers check, turn around time watch or customers demands in relation to product handling
- Customer communication including text messaging
- Ability to read and respond to commission ratings including claims
- Logistics ordering in the direction from or to the customer including cross-border service and shipments tracking
- Service centres, stores, products and customers management (in the administrator interface)
