UNISpis

UNIspis is a mobile client for the UNIspis system for document circulation and approval. It is designed for approvers — it shows everything that is waiting for their decision, and allows you to process the document directly from your phone, without opening your computer.

What the app can do:

• Overview of tasks across modules — received and issued invoices, cash and internal documents, receipts,
orders, requests, contracts, limited promises and business trips in one list.
• Document details — amounts, supplier, items, attachments and approval process.
• Approval or rejection with one click, including the reason.
• Preview and open document attachments.
• Take a photo of the receipt directly from the application.
• Fingerprint or face security (Face ID / Touch ID).

The application is intended for organizations that use the UNIspis system. To log in, you need
your organization's address and a user account created for you by the administrator.
