About AMCS Secretary App
To ensure transparency and meet the entire operational requirements at DCS level, NDDB has developed an integrated software titled “Automatic Milk Collection System” (AMCS). This software links various stakeholders at the Union/Federation/National level. The integrated structure also has a collective provision of financial inclusion and mobile application for key informatics.
AMCS Secretary App is part of the Automatic Milk Collection System, designed for DCS Secretaries. It works in conjunction with the AMCS desktop application, developed for village dairy cooperative societies, and allows the Secretary to access their society’s data anytime and anywhere.
Secretary can:
• View summary information of DCS, including caste-wise and gender-wise totals, information of BMC installed at DCS, banking information, etc.
• Request products from its milk union directly from the app, without having to visit the DCS and use its computer
• Get real time notification about products dispatched from DCS
• Check details of milk poured at the DCS
• View variation reports with respect to collection, dispatch and receipt.
AMCS Secretary App is aimed at providing secretaries with access to their DCS’ data and facilitating operations.
