RecruitPro

RecruitPro — Applicant Tracking on the Go

RecruitPro is the official mobile companion to the Zero Vector Applicant Tracking System (ATS), built for recruiters, hiring managers, and HR professionals who need to keep their hiring pipeline moving from wherever they are. Review new applicants between meetings, leave interview feedback the moment it's fresh, and stay on top of every role without having to sit at a desk.

KEY FEATURES

• Candidate Pipeline at a Glance — See every open role and every candidate in flight, grouped by stage. Drill into any candidate to view their CV, application answers, history, and activity timeline.

• Fast Candidate Review — Swipe through new applicants, shortlist promising profiles, and move candidates between pipeline stages with a single tap.

• Interview Feedback & Notes — Capture scorecards, notes, and tags immediately after an interview so nothing gets lost. Feedback syncs instantly to the web ATS for the rest of your team.

• Real-Time Push Notifications — Get notified the moment a new application comes in, an interview is booked, or a candidate progresses to the next stage. Tap a notification to jump straight to the relevant record.

• Team Collaboration — Mention colleagues, share comments, and see who is working on which candidate, so nothing falls through the cracks.

• Deep Links & In-App History — Every notification is saved to an in-app activity bell, so you can always find your way back to something you saw earlier — even if you dismissed the alert.

• Secure Sign-In — Enterprise-grade OAuth 2.0 authentication against your organisation's Zero Vector tenant, with TLS in transit and encryption at rest.

WHO RECRUITPRO IS FOR

RecruitPro is a business-to-business (B2B) application designed for recruitment teams, in-house talent acquisition functions, and staffing agencies that use the Zero Vector ATS platform. If your organisation does not yet use Zero Vector, visit our website to request a demo.

ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

Accounts are provisioned by your organisation's Zero Vector administrator — there is no public self sign-up. After your admin creates your account, simply install RecruitPro, sign in with the credentials you've been issued, and approve the one-time authorisation prompt to connect the app to your tenant.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

We take the protection of candidate data seriously. RecruitPro does not sell personal data, does not use it for advertising, and does not track you across other apps. All processing of candidate information is carried out on behalf of your employer under a formal data processing agreement. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
