Zoya: Revolutionizing Building Material Pricing Transparency

Building a home should be a journey filled with hope, not confusion and financial strain. Zoya, a ground-breaking property-tech platform, is here to change that narrative for Nigerians and beyond.

Born from a deeply personal experience of housing insecurity and the frustration of opaque, inflated building materials pricing, Zoya addresses a critical challenge faced by everyday families: the lack of transparency and clarity in the construction materials market.

Founder Oluwadare Damilola’s vision was shaped by years of witnessing the struggles of unstable housing and unfair pricing. When his own mission to build a home for his family was derailed by inflated costs and disconnected supply chains, he knew change was needed.

Zoya is not just a platform; it's a movement towards making building materials pricing visible and understandable. By connecting manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and consumers within one transparent ecosystem, Zoya empowers users to make informed decisions, plan more efficiently, and rebuild trust in the construction industry.

Our goal is to strengthen the building materials market, reducing information gaps, cutting excessive costs, and ensuring that your dream home isn’t just a hope but a reachable reality.

Join us in transforming the way homes are built, one material at a time. Zoya | Building Transparency, Building Trust.
