Zhift HR

Zhift HR is the mobile companion to Zhift ERP. Clock in, request time off,
check your payslip, approve a teammate's leave — all on one screen.

Geofence-locked attendance
• Clock in only inside an admin-defined work zone.
• Mock-location apps are detected and rejected.
• Wi-Fi fallback covers basements and indoor offices.
• Every attempt — accepted or blocked — is logged for transparency.

Leave management
• Pick a type, pick your dates, see the live deduction preview.
• Submit and your manager gets a push notification.
• Withdraw before approval; cancel-request afterwards.
• Team calendar shows who's off — without revealing why.

Payroll
• Every month's payslip in one place.
• Earnings, deductions, net pay.
• Download as PDF — watermarked with your name and timestamp.
• YTD summary with tax projection.

Manager inbox
• Leave, expenses, regularizations and shift swaps in one swipe-friendly list.
• Swipe right to approve; left to decline.
• Bulk select to clear the queue.

Announcements
• HR posts, polls and acknowledgement-required policies.
• Tracked reads so HR knows when the team is caught up.

People directory + org chart
• Search anyone by name, role or skill.
• Tap to call, email or message.
• View the full reporting line as an interactive tree.

Performance
• Quarterly goals with progress sliders.
• Half-year appraisals and peer feedback.
• 1:1 talking points shared with your manager.

Privacy dashboard
• See exactly what we captured today: locations, photos, Wi-Fi signals.
• Export your data as JSON.
• Wipe local cache without affecting server data.

Security
• Face ID / fingerprint app lock.
• Encrypted local cache (SQLCipher).
• Certificate pinning to your company's Zhift ERP domain.
• Sensitive screens are protected from screenshots and screen recording.

Offline-ready
• Capture a receipt or file leave while offline.
• Everything queues to a sync outbox.
• Submits when you reconnect.
