About DriftGrid - Color Puzzle
DriftGrid fills a five by five grid with coloured cells and sets them in motion. Every second the entire grid shifts — rows slide left or right and columns slide up or down, following the current arrows shown around the board. Cells that drift off one edge reappear on the opposite side. Your only tool is a limited supply of locks. Tap any cell to lock it in place — a locked cell stops moving while the current carries everything else around it. Tap a locked cell again to release it and recover the lock. The goal of each level is to manoeuvre all cells of each colour into their matching target column so the group clears and scores points. Clearing all colour groups completes the level. You start with eight locks and earn one more every ten seconds, so deciding which cells to hold still and which to let drift is the core decision. Drift speed increases with each level.
