- Mini-Split Systems – Flexible systems for homes and small commercial spaces. Capacity: 500,000 units/year.
- Central Air Conditioners – Large-scale commercial and industrial systems. Capacity: 100,000 units/year.
- Chillers & Air-Handling Units – Specialized systems for demanding industrial environments.

Total annual production capacity exceeds 1.1 million units, across four factories in Dammam's 1st and 2nd Industrial Cities.

Ikhtebar Testing Laboratory

Zamil owns and operates Ikhtebar — the first independent AC testing laboratory in the Middle East. Established in 1984, constructed by Intertek Testing Services, and certified by Electrical Testing Laboratories (ETL), Ikhtebar provides comprehensive performance testing for consumer and commercial air conditioners and chillers, ensuring every Zamil product meets the highest international standards.

Training Center

Zamil operates a state-of-the-art Training Center delivering technical courses for its own engineers and technicians, as well as professionals from authorized dealers and corporate clients — ensuring every product is installed and serviced by certified experts.

Residential & Industrial Services

Zamil provides dedicated service for both residential and industrial customers, supported by a nationwide network of technicians, vehicles, and maintenance contracts covering installation, routine maintenance, emergency repair, and long-term service agreements.
