About YonaWest Business Hub

YonaWest Business Hub is for small teams juggling client jobs, service pricing, and quote follow-ups. Clients, work items, services, and quotes live in a local database on your Android device. The app does not connect to a backend service.

Home greets you with a date-based summary. Switch the dashboard between this week, this month, or the quarter to count active clients, work items scheduled in the range, open quotes, and approved quote value totals drawn from stored records. A weekly workload chart buckets estimated hours from work items. Today’s focus lists jobs dated today. Recent activity entries appear when enabled in settings.

Work opens the Client Workboard. Filter work items or browse clients, search by title or client, and add jobs with status, priority, scheduled date, and estimated hours. Optional activity logging tracks changes you record in the app.

Services lists catalog entries with categories and price ranges. You can add new service definitions from the services area.

Quotes supports search, sort, status filters, and creating or editing estimates with line items and totals computed locally.

More includes the Workload and Capacity Planner toolkit: enter team size, hours per day, working days, committed hours, a new job estimate, and a buffer percentage to see gross capacity, safe capacity, remaining hours, utilization, and a plain-language capacity decision. Calculations can be saved to on-device history.

Also available: business timeline milestones, team roster, company story and service area pages, contact details, about, and settings. Phone, email, and map intents open external apps when supported.

Demo clients, work items, services, quotes, team, and timeline data seed on first launch. Metrics on screenshots from marketing art may not match a fresh install until you add your own entries.
