About Hadid

Hadid is a strength-training log that stays out of your way. حديد — iron.

Log a workout, see whether the number is going up, and get on with your
day. No feed, no streak guilt, no notification you didn't ask for.

WHAT'S IN IT
• Routines and folders, plus multi-week programs with linear progression —
hit-or-miss tracking that tells you when to add weight and when to
deload.
• A rest timer built into the logger, with plates math for the bar you're
actually loading.
• An optional AI Coach. Off by default — you turn it on, and only then does
it see a summary of your training to answer questions about it.
• Progress photos, stored privately, with a side-by-side compare view.
• Body weight and body measurements, tracked over time.
• e1RM trends per lift and a muscle-group map of your training.
• Cardio sessions alongside your lifting log.
• Syncs with Health Connect if you turn it on — writes your finished
workouts and weight, and can read a scale weight back in.
• A monthly recap with a shareable card.
• Achievements and streaks — because you set them, not because we're
chasing you.
• A home-screen widget: today's workout and your streak, no need to open
the app.
• CSV import and export — your data is never locked in.
• English, Arabic and Hebrew support

YOUR DATA
Signed out, Hadid is a complete app: everything stays on your phone and
nothing is ever transmitted. Sign in and your training syncs across
devices, encrypted in transit. There is no crash reporting and no
advertising of any kind. Usage analytics are off by default — you can turn
them on in Settings if you want to help us improve the app, and even then
we only ever see which screens got opened, never what you trained. The
Coach is the only place your training content leaves your phone, and only
once you turn it on. Sending feedback from Settings is the one other thing
that leaves your device — just what you type, and only when you press
Send. Delete your account and everything it holds, any time, from
Settings.

Coach answers in Arabic or Hebrew when you write in that language. The send arrow in Coach points the right way in Arabic and Hebrew.
