YAVO: viajes, envíos y fletes

YAVO connects passengers with drivers in their city for motorcycle and car rides, package deliveries, city-to-city trips, and freight services.

FOR PASSENGERS
• Choose your destination on the map and see the suggested price before requesting.

• You decide the fare: raise or lower it and receive offers from nearby drivers.

• Activate automatic acceptance, and the first driver who accepts will pick you up.

• Track the driver on the map while they arrive and throughout the trip.

• Security PIN: the trip only starts when you give your code to the driver.

• Chat with the driver, SOS button, and trusted contacts.

• Pay in cash or directly to the driver's account.

• Package deliveries, trips to other municipalities, and truck freight services.

• My Trips: your trip history with date filters and one-tap rating.

FOR DRIVERS
• Register from the app with your documents and vehicle information.

• Make yourself available and receive nearby requests; Accept or make your counteroffer.

• Voice navigation to the passenger and to the destination.

• My earnings: balance by week, month, and year, mileage, and oil change reminder.

• YAVO Levels: the better your service, the less you pay per trip.

• Road conditions: report and check accidents, traffic jams, and road closures in your city.

SAFETY
Drivers undergo document verification. Trips have a PIN to start, live tracking, and support through the app.

While you are available or on a trip as a driver, YAVO uses your location to show you nearby requests and so the passenger can see you arrive. You can log off at any time.
