Xendly Mail

Xendly Mail is hosted email built for Rwanda — get a professional inbox in minutes and send from anywhere.

Choose how you start:
• Get a free @xendly.email address — just pick a name and a password, no domain needed.
• Or connect your own domain ([email protected]) and give your whole team real branded email.

EVERYTHING YOUR INBOX NEEDS
• Full webmail — compose with CC/BCC, attachments, replies and search
• Folders: Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Junk and Trash
• Contacts and calendar built in
• Real-time push notifications so you never miss a message
• Multiple accounts — switch between mailboxes in a tap
• Aliases, blocked senders and app passwords

WORKS WITH ANY MAIL APP
Every mailbox uses standard IMAP and SMTP, so you can pair it with Gmail, Outlook, or any mail app you like — alongside the built-in webmail.

LANDS IN THE INBOX
SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured for you automatically, so your mail is trusted and delivered.

PAY WITH MOBILE MONEY
Subscribe monthly or yearly with MTN MoMo or Airtel Money. No card and no foreign billing. The free @xendly.email tier needs no payment at all.

PRIVATE AND SECURE
Your email is yours. We don't read it or use it for advertising. Our mail engine is written in Rust — memory-safe and fast — with modern JMAP/IMAP/SMTP and encryption at rest.

MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT
Set your display name, add and verify a recovery email or phone, and control your data — including deleting specific data or your whole account at any time, right from Settings.
