Keenu Agent App — Digital Merchant Onboarding

The Keenu Agent App is designed to streamline the merchant onboarding process for authorized field agents through a secure, digital application workflow. This platform is intended to reduce processing time and administrative overhead associated with traditional paper-based onboarding procedures.

Access and Security

Access to the application requires authentication via a two-factor login process, comprising a password and device-binding verification, in order to safeguard agent sessions and maintain data integrity. Upon login, agents are presented with a summary dashboard reflecting the status of their submitted applications, including totals for approved, in-progress, discrepant, and declined cases.

Application Submission

The application form is configured to present fields and documentation requirements applicable to the merchant's declared legal structure, including but not limited to sole proprietorship, partnership, private limited company, non-governmental organization, or government entity. This is intended to support accuracy and completeness of submissions in accordance with applicable onboarding requirements.

Additional functionality includes:

Retrieval of bank account details based on submitted IBAN information
City selection filtered according to the designated province
Document capture via device camera or upload from existing files, subject to the merchant's consent
Digital signature capture and agreement acknowledgment as part of the submission process
Agents are responsible for ensuring that all information and documentation submitted is accurate and obtained with the appropriate authorization of the merchant.

Branch Addition

For merchants with existing approved profiles, the application supports the addition of new branch locations. Previously submitted business and payment information may be reused to reduce duplicate data entry, subject to applicable verification requirements.

Application Status Tracking

Agents will receive notifications reflecting changes in application status, categorized as follows:
Approved
Under Review
Needs More Details
Declined
Where an application is marked as discrepant, agents will be notified of the specific fields requiring correction and may resubmit only the affected information, rather than the complete application.

Audit and Record keeping

Each application is processed through a documented workflow to support transparency and traceability, consistent with applicable record keeping and compliance obligations.
