■What is Club Wonder?
Club Wonder is a membership program with no annual fees. As a member, you can easily make store reservations, collect store visit points, and earn digital gift cards. In addition, as the number of visits increases, your membership status will increase and you will receive various benefits, such as priority reservations.
■What are store visit points?
Visit points are points given each time you visit a Wonder Table store. Points are not based on sales amount. The number of store visit points awarded varies depending on the brand and time of use. If you reach GOLD status, you will receive 2x points for visiting the store, and if you reach PLATINUM status, you will receive 3x the store visit points.
Every year, we will give away digital gift cards of three different amounts that can be used at Wonder Table stores, depending on the accumulated store visit points for the year from April 1st to March 31st of the following year.
■Visit points when 2 or more people visit the store
If two or more people visit the store, all members will receive visit points. If you are not a member who made a reservation, you can earn visit points by scanning the QR code at the store. Please note that in order to read the QR code, you need to install an app on your mobile phone.
■What is priority reservation for GOLD members?
At stores that are often fully booked, we have special reservation slots for GOLD and above members. On the general reservation screen posted on the website and the reservation screen for SILVER members, priority slots will be displayed even if the seats are full.
■What is status?
Club Wonder has three types of status: SILVER, GOLD, and PLATINUM. When you register as a member, you will start with SILVER status. Status is determined by the number of visits per year (year) from April 1st to March 31st of the following year.
If you visit our store 10 times during the year, you will receive GOLD status, and if you visit our store 20 times, you will receive PLATINUM status. If you visit the store 10 or 20 times within a fiscal year, your status will increase and remain valid until the following fiscal year.
