Nidito: Creature Shelter

Nidito is a tiny shelter for extraordinary creatures. A calm, pixel-art game to play for a few minutes a day, at your own pace.

HATCH
Three questions decide your first egg. Hold your finger on it, feel it crack and help it out. Then give it a name.

A LIVING SHELTER
The shelter follows the real time and weather: sunrise, rain, snow and night. Your creatures wander around, ask you for things, and each one sleeps on its own schedule in its own corner. Pick berries from the bush, pet them with your finger and play with them. Nothing dies or breaks if you skip a day.

BREED
Every creature carries visible and hidden genes: species, ornaments, color, pattern, eyes and personality. Before preparing the nest you see what the baby can inherit and how likely it is. Sometimes a species hatches that neither parent had, and some pairs hide secret species.

EXPLORE
Send your creatures on trips to nine places: the riverbank, the lavender hills, the deep forest, the coast, the dunes, the snowy peaks, the sleeping volcano, the cloud garden and the moon cave. They come back with berries, gems, a story and, sometimes, a wild egg.

THE SHOP
Spend gems on an egg of any species you like (even ones you haven't discovered yet), surprise eggs, revitalizers and berry baskets. If you want more gems, there are optional packs.

COLLECT
129 species, special coats (gold, silver, crystal, galaxy, rainbow…) and a few secrets. Fill in the Nidopedia.

FRIENDS
Add friends with a code and send each other visits, gifts and stickers, or breed together. No chat or written messages.

NIDITO+ (OPTIONAL)
With the subscription you get five areas (the clearing, the cove, the snowy pines, the garden and the firefly woods), each with its own berry bush, room for 30 creatures, six nests, the moon cave and an archive to keep your creatures. If you cancel, you keep everything.
