WiFry

WiFry is a zero-server network guardian. It blocks internet access for the apps you choose and rings an alarm the moment your connection drops or comes back. Everything runs on your phone. No account, no analytics, no traffic sent anywhere.

ON-DEVICE FIREWALL
Cut internet access for any app with one switch. WiFry uses Android's local VPN interface to discard that app's traffic before it leaves your phone. Your IP address does not change and nothing is routed through a remote server. Apps you haven't blocked keep working normally on Wi-Fi and mobile data.

Use it to:
• Stop apps burning mobile data in the background
• Play games without ads (Game Sanctuary isolates every game at once)
• Keep distracting apps offline while you work

NETWORK SENTINEL
Get a loud, full-screen alarm when your internet connection is lost or restored, even when the screen is locked, the phone is on silent, or Do Not Disturb is on. Dismiss or snooze from the lock screen, the notification shade, or inside the app. Choose whether to alarm on disconnect, reconnect, or both, and tune the delay so brief signal dips don't trigger it.

FOCUS PROFILES
Schedule app blocking by time and day. Profiles run on their own and survive reboots.

BUILT FOR RELIABILITY
• Firewall and Sentinel restore themselves after a restart
• Runs as an Android foreground service so the system doesn't kill it
• A built-in checklist shows which permissions the alarm needs and fixes them in one tap

PRIVACY
WiFry never sends data off your device. The VPN permission is used only to create a local interface that discards blocked traffic. WiFry reads your installed app list solely to let you choose which apps to block.
