About Whisper ASR

Whisper ASR is a personal assistant that converts voice memos into text. With just a few button presses, Whisper ASR's record and transcribe features deliver accurate, intelligible transcriptions. Currently, only 30-second audio chunks are supported, but that will change in the future.

You would become my Hero if the text that has been recognized would immediately be copied to the clipboard... (Or add button) I am dying to find a way to replace Voice typing on Android. You're simple app would achieve 90% this!

Great start. Next step is to allow text copy. But really impressive quality of speech recognition, even with so small model. I was literally whispering with my terrible accent and the app pick it up all with punctuation.

OpenAI Whisper on Android - Voice to text app - Exellent accuracy! Works very fast on Galaxy s21. Thank you to the devoloper for pushing this out. On a side note, the purple letters are diffucult to see in dark mode. Thanks again to the dev for providing this tool for android.
