Whats Up!

Whats Up! turns your phone into a live sky guide.

Point the camera at the night sky to identify stars, planets, constellations, satellites, and deep-sky objects. Find targets with on-screen guidance, plan naked-eye visibility, and get reminders for bright passes like the ISS — including when they’re actually illuminated and worth stepping outside for.

Features
• Live AR sky view with a night-vision friendly UI
• GPS + sensor pointing for accurate sky direction
• Offline catalogues for stars, Messier objects, and constellations
• Sun, Moon, and planets with local ephemeris
• Satellite passes (including ISS) with visibility-aware alerts
• Optional live aircraft overlay when online
• Meteor showers, time travel, sky planner, and a solar-system tour
• Voice guide and read-aloud for many objects

Permissions
• Camera — AR sky preview
• Location — sky math, pass times, and local conditions
• Notifications — optional visibility reminders
• Internet — optional satellite TLE, weather, and aircraft updates

Works best outdoors under a clear sky. Catalogue positions are for navigation and learning — not professional surveying.
