WHAT YOU CAN DO

EVENTS AND REHEARSALS
Schedule 10 event types: full rehearsals, sectionals, concerts, marches, workshops and more. Each musician sees only the events relevant to them. Formation-colored event cards help everyone spot their date at a glance. Rename event types to match your orchestra's language.

REAL-TIME ATTENDANCE
Musicians confirm availability with a single tap. See who is coming, who is missing and where you need subs, by section and position.

DIGITAL SHEET MUSIC
Scan paper scores with your phone camera (auto-crop and title recognition). Share PDFs by orchestra, section or individual position. A built-in storage quota keeps your library organized.

COMMUNICATION
Reach every musician, a single section or one stand in seconds. Targeted announcements and event messaging. Guided onboarding walks new members through their first setup.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
One-tap compensation approvals, expense claims with receipt photos, and PDF/Excel export for your treasurer. Fully tracked and transparent.

WOLFGANG AI ASSISTANT
Natural-language commands: "Create a rehearsal tomorrow at 8pm with Beethoven's Fifth", "Who confirmed for the concert?", "How many violins are coming?" Wolfgang also analyzes director scores: upload a PDF and get AI-powered analysis of difficulty, instrumentation and key details.

DIRECTOR DASHBOARD
9 real-time stats: response rates, attendance by section, participation trends. Dashboard widgets for a quick overview.

GLOBAL QUESTIONNAIRES
Go beyond simple event questions. Create questionnaires for any purpose: onboard new musicians, plan your season or gather feedback. Export PDF and Excel reports for your board. Set availability windows with start and end dates.

FORMATIONS
Organize your ensemble around the formations you actually rehearse. Formation data powers color-coded event cards and helps the app know where to rebalance when musicians play secondary instruments.

HOME SCREEN WIDGETS AND LIVE ACTIVITIES
See your next event at a glance from your phone's home screen. Track your current event in real time with live notifications on your lock screen.

PRIVACY AND COMPLIANCE
EU-hosted servers, full GDPR compliance, GDPR-compliant data export on request. No data sold, no ads.

Available in 6 languages: English, Italian, Spanish, Catalan, German, French.
