About WeldBooks

WeldBooks is the mobile companion for WeldSuite accounting. Send an invoice, snap a receipt, or check who still owes you without opening a laptop.

You need an existing WeldSuite workspace. Sign in with the same account you use at app.weldsuite.org. Changes sync with the web app.

- Dashboard with open invoices, bills, and cash position
- Create, send, and record payment on invoices
- Log supplier bills and expenses
- Receipt scanner: camera or photo library, OCR fills vendor and amounts
- Customers and suppliers, with email, phone, and VAT number
- Bank accounts, imported transactions, and reconciliation
- VAT returns and tax rates for the entity
- Profit and loss and balance sheet
- Offline queue when you are out of signal; items send when you are back
- Push notifications
- Light and dark mode
- Sign in with your WeldSuite account (email, Google, or Apple)

Requirements
- An active WeldSuite workspace (sign up at weldsuite.com)
- The WeldBooks app installed on that workspace

WeldBooks does not replace your bank or process card payments. It keeps the books: invoices, bills, receipts, and reports.
