PipeIso: Pipe Isometric & Calc

PipeIso is an app for pipe welders and pipe fitters. Sketch the isometric of a pipe run right on site, enter your tape measurements — and instantly get the cut lengths, a 3D model and exact calculations of elbows and offsets.

Made by a welder and pipe fitter for his own work: big buttons you can press with gloves on, clear labels, nothing extra.

PIPE ISOMETRIC
• Draw the pipe run on an isometric grid with your finger: up, down, forward, back, left, right and 45° diagonals
• Enter the measurement right on the segment, with a large field above the keyboard
• On diagonals enter either the leg or the length along the axis — the app shows both numbers
• 90° and 45° elbows, the bend radius is set from the diameter table
• Fittings: flange, gate valve, valve, reducer
• Overall dimensions of the assembly (height, length, width)
• Undo and redo

CUT LIST
• List of pipe lengths to cut, with elbows and fittings taken into account
• Number of weld joints
• Purge gas calculation for welding

3D MODEL
• A ready 3D pipe built from your sketch
• Spools: tap a spool to bring it closer and see exactly what to cut

PIPE CALCULATOR
3D drawings with dimensions, like on a real drawing: enter the sizes and see the result on the drawing and in numbers.
• Elbow: lengths along the back and the throat, radii, elbow height
• Reducer: where to cut to get the diameter you need
• Offset with two elbows (45/45)
• Offset with a 90 elbow (45/90)
• Offset with side size (rise into a riser)
• Offset with reducer, from a tee, from a flange
• Parallel bends: a group of pipes turns, the app shows how far to move each pipe's elbow
• Parallel offset: a group of pipes goes through two elbows, with the straight length for every pipe
• Tap an elbow on the drawing to open its calculation with the right angle
• Bend radius is set from the pipe diameter
• Your last values are remembered
