Boxing Coach is your boxing coach on your phone: it asks you eight questions and creates a four-week plan based on your days, time, and equipment.

THE SESSION, STEP BY STEP
• Round timer with start, signal, and end bells.
• Each exercise with step-by-step instructions and a common mistake to avoid.
• If you marked a sore area, the app will alert you when an exercise puts stress on it. It doesn't remove any exercises: the decision is yours.
BOXING SYLLABUS
· 158 fact sheets: fundamentals, footwork, punches, defense, combinations, distance and rhythm, styles, physical conditioning, equipment, mindset, gear, and history.
· The different guard positions—high, peek-a-boo, shoulder roll, and low—and the Mexican, Cuban, Eastern European, and American schools.
· Each fact sheet includes its execution, common mistakes, and key points.
THEORETICAL RING
· History and rules quiz, ten seconds per question.
· Points, winning streak, weak points, and ranking with the rest of the community.
· If time runs out, it's a knockout.
TOOLS
· Configurable sparring timer with rounds, rest periods, and warnings.
· Weight cut tracking with weigh-in monitoring, without unreasonable guidelines.
· Video analysis of your technique.
