WayTube

Every video receives an Age Fit Score before your child sees it. WayTube evaluates each individual video — not just the channel — and only shows the ones that meet the standard you set for your child's age.

WHAT THE AGE FIT SCORE DOES

WayTube scores every video across 7 criteria, calibrated to your child's age:

Age appropriateness — matched to cognitive and emotional development
Language level — appropriate reading and comprehension difficulty
Content safety — no violence, explicit, or harmful content
Learning value — genuinely educational, not just time-fill
Thinking skills — content that encourages curiosity, not passive watching
Engagement quality — no reward loops, autoplay traps, or infinite scroll
Cultural sensitivity — no stereotyping or one-sided framing

Unlike parental control tools that only block content at the channel level, WayTube scores each individual video. One off-brand upload in an otherwise good channel gets caught before it reaches your child.

HOW IT WORKS

A parent sets up the child's profile — age, language, and Age Fit Score threshold. From that moment, the child only sees videos that have passed their score. Parental controls are protected by a PIN and accessed through the padlock icon.

WHAT CHILDREN GET

Mood Selector — children choose how they're feeling, and the feed shows only matching content categories
Age Fit Score sorting — the most age-appropriate videos appear first
Daily fresh feed — content varies each day for a new experience every time
A calm, distraction-free space designed for exploration, not endless scrolling

WHAT PARENTS GET

Age Fit Score on every video — scored before your child sees it
Activity Logs — every video your child watched, with its Age Fit Score
Blocked Video Log — every video that was filtered out, and why
"Why?" detail — tap any video to see its full score breakdown
Manual controls — allow or block specific videos and entire channels
PIN-protected parental dashboard

WHY IT'S DIFFERENT

The algorithm is built to keep your child watching. WayTube is built to show them what fits. You set the standard. WayTube does the filtering — video by video, before anything reaches the screen.
