Wawbox makes your Jellyfin media library simple to enjoy — a clean, dependable media player designed for seniors, families, and your car's infotainment system. Experience your movies and TV shows without navigating a complicated streaming interface.

✨ Radically Simple & Accessible
Large buttons, high-contrast readable text, and a clean interface. Browse your library, pick a movie, press play — done. Fully optimized for touchscreens, TV remotes, and Android Automotive displays.

🚗 Perfect for the Dashboard (Android Automotive)
The straightforward design with oversized tap targets makes Wawbox an excellent fit for in-car use. The distraction-free interface is incredibly easy to operate, making it ideal for keeping passengers entertained on road trips or enjoying a movie while safely parked or charging.

🚀 Kiosk-Mode & Auto-Start
Turn any old tablet, TV, or dedicated screen into a focused media center. Wawbox can be set to start automatically when the device boots up, dropping the user straight into their movie library. No repeated logins, no server addresses, no confusion.

🛡️ Frustration-Free Navigation
Accidentally swiped back? Smart confirmation dialogs are designed to keep you in the app and help prevent unintentional exits or interrupted movies.

🔒 Protected Admin Settings
A family member or admin sets up the server connection once using a hidden gesture. Settings and sign-out stay securely tucked away, providing a worry-free everyday experience for non-technical users.

📱 Remote Playback Control
Family members can start, pause and stop playback on the Wawbox device from anywhere. No more frustrating phone calls explaining which button to press — just pick the movie and remotely hit play or end streaming.

🎬 Reliable Jellyfin Streaming
Connects seamlessly to your self-hosted Jellyfin server. Enjoy smooth and stable playback for your personal movie and TV show collections — complete with plain-language audio and subtitle selection.

💎 No Ads. No Subscriptions.
A premium, focused media player with zero ads and no hidden costs.

⚠️ Please Note & Safety Warning
Wawbox is a client player only — it does not host, provide, or include any media content. You need your own Jellyfin server and legally obtained media. Wawbox is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Jellyfin project.
For Android Automotive users: Always follow local traffic laws. Video playback on front displays is intended solely for use when the vehicle is safely parked.
