Through the program, the customer can submit a transport request with a date and details of the items to be transported. The request is then presented to the nearest drivers or transportation companies capable of transporting the shipment. Drivers then submit their offers for the financial value of the transport. The offers are then sent to the customer immediately for review. The customer selects the best offer and is contacted directly. Note: The identity of the customer or the service provider is not revealed until the customer confirms acceptance of the offer. At that point, the name and number of both the customer and driver are shared so that they can reach an agreement.
