# About the book The Adventures of Black Peter by Sherlock Holmes:

A young detective, Stanley Hopkins, asks Sherlock Holmes to help him solve a murder mystery. The dead man was an obnoxious man in his fifties, known for his tendency to violence, especially when drunk, and he had previously assaulted and beaten a clergyman. Unsurprisingly, his daughter was pleased by his death; She and her mother had suffered from woes for many years. The dead man was also a strange man; He did not sleep in his house, but in a small hut that he built at a distance from the house, and he made it look from the inside like a captain’s cabin on a ship. It was in this hut that Peter Carey, known as Black Peter, was killed with a whaling harpoon. What is the secret of the mysterious visitor? What is the explanation for the successive surprises witnessed in the case? Let's enjoy a new, puzzling and fun adventure from the adventures of Sherlock Holmes.
